浅谈维库溴铵与其冻干工艺
摘要 维库溴铵为中效肌松药，属于术中麻醉辅助的肌肉松弛药，其特点为起效迅速，可快速进行气管插管。维库溴铵组胺释放作用弱。由于维库溴铵不引起心率增快，无心血管系统副作用而广泛应用于临床，适用于心肌缺血及心脏病人。由于维库溴铵临床使用[1]效果良好，用药安全性高，逐渐成为临床用药首选[2]，因此开发维库溴铵及其制剂将有很大的市场前景。本文对维库溴铵的物化性质、药理作用、冻干工艺及其发展前景进行了综述。

1.引言
维库溴铵是一种单季铵类固醇中时效肌松药，也称神经肌肉阻断剂，作为麻醉辅助用药，用于麻醉时的气管插管和手术中的肌肉松弛，具有作用强，起效较快，恢复迅速，无蓄积，无组胺释放和心血管不良反应等特点，其代谢产物不再具有肌松作用，是目前最安全有效的肌松药[3-5]。冻干粉针剂是指在无菌环境下将药液冷冻成固态，抽真空将水分升华干燥而成的无菌粉注射剂。冻干分散体系具有复杂性，不同冻干对象的冻干配方和冻干程序都是不同的，需要结合具体的主药进行大量的实验确定[9-10]。
