源于经典名方当归补血汤的黄芪药材及饮片质量研究
摘要 研究背景: 为了更好的传承好、发展好、利用好中医药,尤其对于古代中药经典名方的开发,国家相关部门密集研究出台了系列法规政策。《中华人民共和国中医药法》明确古代经典名方复方制剂在申请药品批准文号时,可仅提供非临床安全性研究资料,《古代经典名方目录(第一批)》和《古代经典名方中药复方制剂简化注册审批管理规定》正式发布。这些政策对于来源于古代经典名方开发利用具有里程碑式意义。不同批次、不同产地的药材质量以及制备工艺的不同导致当归补血汤的疗效也有很大的差异。目的：建立黄芪药材及饮片的质量控制方法。方法;采用薄层色谱法（TLC）鉴别,高效液相和蒸发光散射联用测定黄芪药材及饮片的指纹图谱。

Study on the Quality of Astragalus Herbal Medicine and Drink Tablets Originated from the Classic Dangguibuxue Decoction

Abstract Background：In order to better inherit, develop and make good use of traditional Chinese medicine, especially for the development of ancient traditional Chinese medicine classics, the relevant departments of the country have intensively studied and issued a series of regulations and policies. The Chinese Medicine Law of the Peoples Republic of China clearly states that 'when applying for the approval number of drugs for ancient classical preparations, only non-clinical Safety research materials can be provided'. The 'Ancient Classic List of Names(the first batch)' and the 'Administrative Provisions for the Simplified Registration and Approval of Ancient Classic Chinese Herbal Medals' were formally released. These policies have a landmark significance for the development and utilization of ancient classical names. Different batches, the quality of medicinal materials from different places of origin and the different preparation techniques lead to great differences in the efficacy of Dangguibuxue Decoction. Objective: To establish the quality control method of Radix Astragalus and Radix Astragalus. Methods: Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used to identify and determine the fingerprint of Astragalus and its drink tablets.
