陈皮炮制及其炮制后化学成分、药理作用变化研究Study on Chemical Composition and Pharmacological Action of Dried tangerine peel after Processing南京中医药大学 中药152班 041215257 王域蘅摘 要:为了解陈皮炮制的作用,本文主要介绍陈皮的炮制历史沿革以及炮制对陈皮的化学成分和炮制对陈皮药理作用的影响。

通过总结发现古法炮制陈皮可用陈醋、灶心土、麦麸、炼蜜等多种辅料进行炮制,而不同的炮制方法对陈皮化学成分和药理作用的影响各有差异。

如土炒能增强其和中安胃、温中燥湿之功效,而醋制后的陈皮其升散之性缓和,疏肝止痛的作用增强。

除此之外,陈皮的研究尚有不完善的地方,如陈皮炮制没有完整体系与合理标准,可为陈皮炮制的研究提供方向。

Abstract:To understand the role of Dried tangerine peel processing,This paper mainly introduces the processing history of tangerine peel and the chemical composition of tangerine peel and the effect of processing on the pharmacological action oftangerine peel.Through summarizing,it is found that the ancient method of processing Dried tangerine peel can be processed with various auxiliary materials,such as vinegar,cooking clay,wheat bran and honey,and different processing methods have different effects on chemical composition and pharmacological action of Dried tangerine peel.For example,clay-fry can enhance the effect of moderate stomach.However,after the vinegar system of tangerine peel of its rise and spread of the nature of relaxation,liver soothing analgesic effect.In addition,there are still some imperfections in the study of tangerine peel,Such as Dried tangerine peel processing without a complete system and reasonable standards,which can provide a direction for the research on the processing of Dried tangerine peel.关键词:陈皮;中药炮制;历史沿革;化学成分;药理作用Key Words:Dried tangerine peel;Chinese Crude Drug Processing;Historical Evolution;Chemical Composition;Pharmacological Effect 陈皮为芸香科植物(Citrus reticulata Blanco)及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮,可分为陈皮和广陈皮。
